The Framework

A smarter system. Built around how the body actually works.

Every IMS program follows a four-part framework designed for longevity — not just short-term performance. It begins where most fitness programs end: with your joints.

Step 01

Joint Preparation

Every session starts with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) and targeted mobility work. This prepares your joints, builds end-range strength, and reduces injury risk before any load is applied.

Most trainers skip this entirely — and it's the reason most adults end up sore, stalled, or injured. IMS programs are built around it. Joint health isn't a warm-up. It's the foundation everything else rests on.

Step 02

Strength Development

Progressive, intelligent strength training built around safe, controlled movement patterns. You get stronger — without grinding your body down.

Programming is individualized, never copied from a template. Every set has a purpose. Every rep is coached. The goal is durable strength: the kind that holds up under load today and twenty years from now.

Step 03

Programming & Progression

Your plan adapts as you adapt. Volume, intensity, and exercise selection evolve over weeks and months based on what your body is responding to — not on a template schedule.

This is what most trainers don't do. A real coach watches the data, watches you, and adjusts. The program that works in week one isn't the program you need in week ten.

Step 04

Recovery & Restoration

Recovery is the part of training most adults get wrong.

IMS coaches the decisions that drive adaptation — sleep, deloads, mobility for tissue health, and when to push versus when to back off — and gives you direct access to the IMS Recovery Room, including Hyperice, Normatec compression, Higher Dose infrared PEMF, Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna, and vibration therapy.

You leave with a plan you understand and the tools to execute it.
